The experience of building a social media marketing plan!

What an experience building a social media marketing plan for Victory Martial Arts! We had a pleasure of working with Victory Martial Arts ownership group as well as their head operations executives to develop their plan. But what is a social media marketing plan you may ask; it is a summary of everything you plan to do and hope to achieve on social media for your company. It serves as a guide for your actions and lets you know whether you’re succeeding or failing on your social efforts. Every post, reply, like, and comment should serve a purpose which should be explained in your plan. We collected information from the Owner/founder Chief Master Von Smelling, and his executive team via multiple conference calls as well as data exports they were able to provide us with. We divided and concurred a monster assignment which was the executive summary and the power point presentation (cover seen above). This social media plan assignment consisted of various sections:

  1. Situational Analysis
  2. Mission
  3. Vision
  4. SWOT Analysis
  5. Summary of performance

This assignment will prove to be invaluable to Victory Martial Arts by providing them structure and direction that they previously lacked. Once they receive their social media plan, they can make sure to let their entire team know. To ensure that they can all work together to help Victory Martial Arts make the most of their social media accounts.
